Bow Down...The Queen Is In Da House!

Ha Ha! Stella of Gooberstan here (yes, I do have a piece of mulch on my snout!)...
Hercules is letting me use his account as MY dumb brother didn't leave me the passwords to get into OUR account-HOW RUDE!!! How to put this...
Hercules doesn't exactly use his Blog to its full potential anyway, so he was just fine with me BORROWING it for a few days...(caughing...)...two weeks that is!

Yep, so you have guessed it. I am on night number 4 of my two week vacation at

Casa de Hercules. Guess what Mom?! ZERO accidents so far...Yep, that is SO right..I'm on my best behavior here.

Our routine is very structured...We get up at 4 am (well, a girl's gotta go potty!) go outside do a little biz-ness then I go back to bed...On the couch that is! Then it is wake up time at 6 am...Play outside until 6:30 am...eat breakfast and chill out until 7:00am...Potty then in my condo for my alone time...At noon Hercules' Mom comes home from work...PLAY TIME!!! and we go on a walk!!! Naner snack then more alone time until 4:30 pm...Then PLAY TIME!!! and ANOTHER WALK!!! Then chill out time...EAT! Chill...PLAY...Potty...and bedtime...

Yep, that sums it up...Don't worry Mom, we are having a great time!

Love you!

Feelin' Good

Well, well, well...

I am feeling better! My Mom has to feed me half soft food and half kibble, but hey, I love it! She also warms it up a little bit so it is SUPER yummy....

So, here's a little of what has been going on...

My cousin Oliver is being a host to a wonderful little girl....Lucy...She is a 40 pound Old English Sheepdog...Isn't she just beautiful?! She is a foster...She she is up for adoption...

We have a lot of fun romping in the yard...

Thanks to everyone for their good wishes!
We will be going back to Dr. Swanson in a few weeks to see where my spleen is...

Pooh waiting with a Poodle's Foot

I went to see Dr. Swanson yesterday at his office...The vet office that is, not the Daycare office. I hadn't eaten in over 24 hours...I had tacky gums...I had to be on an IV all day long. Two pints of fluid in me as well as some antibiotics.
The diagnoses was anything but a diagnoses...With normal lab results on my blood, pooh and x rays, we are not real sure what is going on. My spleen was moved forward-which could indicate several things that I do not feel like getting in depth about...Mom is still very emotional.
After being at the vet all afternoon AGAIN today, we are finally seeing some improvement. I still was not wanting to eat...It had been a little over 48 hours and Mom decided enough was well, ENOUGH! I actually ate a little can of prescription food without vomiting it back up...I actually got back in my chair for watch duty...
Prognosis is: we are not sure...Bacterial or viral maybe?! Mom awaits Dr. Swanson's arrival back to the clinic tomorrow-he was out today...We need to discuss serious issues such as Addison's disease with OUR man...We also discussed stomach stapling in case my stomach turned...
I haven't poohed in 3-4 days...Mom loses track because it is usually not an issue here! We are awaiting the brown stuff...Keep your paws crossed we get some soon!
I will keep you updated as things progress...Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers...Aire Zen and Doggie/Kitty/Hammy Zen needed!
Love, Hercy

I don't want NO STINK NANERS!

I'm sick...I won't eat...Mom thinks it's just a bug....All I do is lay around and I won't eat. Not even a nana!

We'll keep you posted.

Moving Forward but Always Remembering

This post is nothing more than a ball of my emotions and feelings. In the tribulations of the past events and the hardtimes that will follow, I must write this short post.
Lulu and Bogart...We will move forward, but Klaus will not be forgotten. His memory will stay a live in us forever. We have only known one another for a short time but many tears have fallen in the Stegner household. To only imagine your situation brings us to tears and to experience would put us in udder disbelief and shock.
Moving forward...We will post again...But for just a few short days we will not because we can only think about you (Bogart) and your strong Mama (Lulu). When we do post about our sunny days or our great walk, please know we are not moving onward and forgetting...We are moving forward but will always remember...We will always remember.
We love you Bogart and Lulu.
